Human rights are fundamental.  Our lawyers are recognized leaders in the human rights bar. We act for individuals, unions and other progressive organizations to advance human rights in proceedings before labour arbitrators, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the courts. 

We have extensive experience representing survivors of sexual harassment, those with substance use disorders in the workplace, and children with special needs who require assistance in securing meaningful access to education within the school system. We have substantial experience in advancing individual, representative, group and class human rights complaints and in dealing with complex issues of systemic discrimination.  We are able to resolve many complaints by negotiated resolution, but are equally prepared to litigate even the most complex of cases in order to achieve a successful result.
