Moore Edgar Lyster LLP is seeking two associate lawyers with experience in labour law, civil litigation, human rights, administrative law or professional regulatory law to join our team.

Moore Edgar Lyster LLP is a leading union-side labour, human rights and administrative law boutique located in Vancouver, on the traditional and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

We represent trade unions, individuals and select institutional clients in all types of litigation, ranging from proceedings before labour boards, arbitrators, tribunals and regulators, to complex judicial reviews, civil claims, appeals and interventions. We take a team-oriented approach to our files and pride ourselves on the quality of our work and our commitment to social justice.

We are looking for two motivated and team-oriented lawyers to join our team. Litigation experience, experience in one of the firm’s practice areas, and a commitment to social justice issues are strongly preferred. Candidates must be eligible for membership in the Law Society of BC.

We offer competitive compensation, including salary, extended health benefits, defined benefit pension, cell phone stipend, healthy continuing legal education budget and eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience but is expected to range from between $95,000 and $180,000 for these positions.
